What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and — if you provide them — company name, phone number, and the content of your message. We also record which page the enquiry came from and the time it was received.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, and, where relevant, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted. If an engagement begins, the relevant records are kept for as long as required by Danish bookkeeping law.
Who has access
Your data is stored on secured infrastructure operated by our hosting and database providers, who process data on our behalf within the EU/EEA. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Contact info@sacgroup.dk and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
